Ideal for use when roasting and basting joints of meat. Seperates fat from soups, gravy and sauces. Includes handy cleaning brush which stores inside the glass tube. Rubber suction ball can be removed for easy cleaning. To use, place glass tip into fat in a roasting dish and squeeze the rubber ball. Place over meat and squeeze to dispense the liquids. Maximum temperature 180'C. Ensure fat is not boiling when using this product. Do not immerse glass tube into cold water directly after being exposed to hot liquids.
